YOGA IS A PRACTICE OF self-discovery, awareness, acceptance, reflecting, observing & connecting to our own authority.

Most of us are seeking direction, to live with purpose and intention, to bring meaning to and live our best and inspired lives. Yoga, meditation and energy therapy can activate and awaken these dormant forces that Patanjali refers to, forces that we may have never know even existed within us or thought maybe were not meant for or available to us.

As we are activated and awakened, these practices heal on many levels, inspiring us in new ways to discover our Dharma, our purpose, as we each evolve as human beings.

Yoga, the practice of movement, breath, meditation, and behavior is what we need in each moment; these practices work with us where we are currently in our lives and at the same time challenges us in new and unexpected ways.

Through breath, movement, meditation and observation Yoga leads to self- discovery, awareness, acceptance, reflection, observation and connection to our own inner authority.

Yoga is also about community, and service to the greater good. It’s about showing up to live the best life possible, developing balance between oneness with self and unity with the world all around.

 

Yoga Classes

Adapting to the changes in day-to-day life, I currently offer one-on-one or small group yoga classes on zoom. I personalize each session to meet you where you are at and help guide you to be, evolve and thrive. Keep in touch as I will be back in studio for public and private sessions soon.


Whole Being Wellness Sessions

Are you interested in a more focused, intensive overall well-being experience? I offer one to one sessions and packages that incorporate yoga, meditation, energy therapy, whole-being self-care and human design; all modalities created to meet your specific need.

 
 

Private Group Sessions

I am available in person or on zoom for large or small events at your workplace, retreat, or special occasion.

 

About Me

I specialize in therapeutic body alignment with a nurturing, informative and empowering teaching style. I help my students become more aware and connect to their physical and subtle bodies, to balance strength, flexibility and ease and achieve stability and an overall sense of calm and grounding that can be taken off the mat and onto one’s journey of life. I work one-on-one or with small groups in a private setting at a studio, office or at your own home.

I bring my healing arts background and my own life’s lessons into all of my classes, as well as my nurturing, thoughtful, down-to-earth, joyful, accessible teaching style. I strive to help others find rest and resource, flexibility and strength, harmony, serenity and confidence in mind, body and spirit.
